I was treated compassionately and with professionalism. Every effort was made to make me as comfortable as possible. Every step in each process was explained in detail and I was given opportunities to ask questions and state any concerns I had. I was anxious arriving for my appointment but was put at ease immediately by their kindness and genuine empathy. The local injections were the easiest with the least discomfort of any injections I’ve experienced throughout my whole life. Dr. Harvey will be my dentist from this point forward. Going to the dentist is definitely not one of my favorite things to do. But the staff set me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Reese was very informative and explained the process that would be required to get my mouth healthy again in a way that was easy to understand.
